Sideways Sounds is a South London boutique recording studio specialising in music made with real instruments played by real people - because that's the stuff that got us into this beautiful game in the beginning. With an analog focus and a passion for creating and capturing the live energy of a perfect take, we aim to make the recording process a super smooth ride so that you can keep your creative flow, perform your best and enjoy it.

With a combined experience of over 20 years in audio engineering, we make music of all flavours: folk, rock, metal, pop, blues, punk, classical, hip-hop, bee-bop, noise, doom and skiffle (obvs).

Bags of rare and classic microphones, excellent analog outboard equipment and a huge range of instruments at your fingertips - it's professional studio recording in a relaxed environment without the major-league price tag.

Recording £20/hr | £100 day (8hrs) | £60 evening (4hrs)
Mixing £40 per song
Analog Mastering £15 per song

We also do voice over, location recording and rehearsals
